Last fiscal year, we completed 12 strategic plans, assisted in the planning of 14 staff days, and provided 7 customized trainings. Strategic Planning
NEO-RLS offers two Strategic Planning Tracks and can work with you to customize the process to fit your library’s needs. We have successfully facilitated strategic plans for both public and academic libraries. Our team guides the process and engages your Board, community stakeholders and staff in defining long-term goals and objectives.
