2022 NEO-RLS STATEWIDE SALARY SURVEY COMING MARCH 1ST We invite libraries throughout the state to participate in our 2022 Statewide Salary Survey. The Survey is a comprehensive salary and benefits survey. Although originally scheduled for 2023, we are doing the survey again this year because we know the employment environment has changed immensely since last year and we want you to have access to the most current data. The survey will be a cost-sharing project once again and libraries will be receiving further information about the survey via email in the next two weeks. There is no cost for submitting data so we hope to have even more than the 162 participants from last year! Your participation enables us to provide the libraries in Ohio with a clear compensation picture. Please contact Betsy Lantz or Debbie Blair if you have questions or are interested in participating. |
