Technical, Electronic, and Digital Services Interest Group presents a
Map Cataloging Workshop with Paige Andrew on
Monday, March 19th 9:00 am-4:00pm at the
Miami University King Library.
This basic level map cataloging workshop will allow participants to learn how to describe maps with a focus on handling multiple titles, scale/mathematical data, and physical description elements. Mr. Paige Andrew will be giving instructions through the use of examples and hands-on exercises. Attendees will also be able to ask questions related to general map cataloging topics and, if time, their Libraries’ map collection issues.
Registration is $80 for ALAO members, $85 for Non-Members
