A Note From the Executive Director

NEO-RLS is excited to, once again, hold our Annual Membership Meeting and Appreciation Breakfast in-person! We hope you will join us on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the Hilton Garden Inn to recognize all of those who have contributed time and expertise to NEO-RLS over the past year. We will review how NEO-RLS has progressed financially, gather feedback on our current services, and discuss our plans for the future. We will also hear from Wendy Knapp, State Librarian of Ohio, who will give an update from the State Library and present the winners of the 2021 Shooting Star, Rising Star, and Advocacy awards.

In addition, Angela Hursh, Senior Engagement Consultant from NoveList, will present No More Neutral: How to Use Marketing to Position Your Library in Challenging Times.  Angela will provide concrete tips for strengthening the public’s perception of the library, marketing strategies for handling a censorship challenges, and promotional ideas designed to rally library supporters.

We are looking forward to celebrating YOU, the members of NEO-RLS!
