NEO-RLS Statewide Salary Survey Available Beginning June 13th A huge thank you to the 130 libraries that participated in the 2022 Statewide Salary Survey! Compensation data was submitted for 7,223 FTE employees covering 99 jobs. NEO-RLS is pleased to be able to offer this comprehensive view of salary data and benefit practices to our members and to participating libraries throughout the state of Ohio. Your participation makes the survey a robust tool for the libraries in our region and state. Summer library programs (SLP) are starting up all around Ohio. The State Library asks all Ohio public libraries to report on their SLP at program’s end. Your participation in the 2022 Ohio Summer Library Program Evaluation will help the State Library, Regional Library Systems, suppliers of statewide incentives, and the Collaborative Summer Library Program to provide the most useful resources and support to Ohio’s libraries. | Does your library, archive, or museum have a digital or special collection you’d like to add to the Digital Public Library of America? Would you like up to $4999 to do it? The State Library of Ohio’s Metadata Mini-Grant program is back for a third round, and applications are open until July 13th.
