Thank You!

Thank you to all of our members that attended our
2021 Membership and Appreciation Meeting today, November 16th!

A Note from the Executive Director

The NEO-RLS Network Groups provide an opportunity to network with colleagues and discuss issues of interest to you.  It is easier than ever to participate as our meetings are now being held virtually.  Have you ever wondered who hospital libraries serve or what the people that work in them actually do?  On December 1st from 2:00-3:00 PM, Michelle Kraft, Director of the Cleveland Clinic Libraries, will talk about the roles of hospital librarians, their responses to the pandemic and the future of the profession.  Join us for the Special Libraries Network Meeting to find out more.  Following the talk there will be a roundtable discussion about the successes and challenges of working in a special library and how we can support our special library members.  The meeting is free and open to everyone.  Then, on December 8th from 3:30-4:30, join us for the Directors Network Meeting during which we will hear from Penny Neubauer, Director of Ashtabula County District Library.  Penny will share how she has effectively used the data from the NEO-RLS Statewide Salary Survey to make proposed changes.  This meeting is open to directors, human resources staff and fiscal officers.  Together we are maximizing library potential.  Thanks and have a wonderful week!
