Time Management

A Note from the Executive Director

The Customer Service Academy is back for 2021 with all new webinars to help you build and strengthen your ability to serve your customers with excellence.  The February through June list of webinars that qualify for the 2021 Customer Service Academy Certificate of Completion are now on the website.  There is something for you whether you are new to customer service or an experienced provider of service.  Additional webinars and online workshops will be added in the coming weeks for the months of July through December.  Every participant is required to attend a minimum of 8 CSA designated live webinars or online workshops during the 2021 calendar year in order to receive a Customer Service Academy Certificate of Completion.  Last year we recognized four library staff from around the region as graduates of the Customer Service Academy – Michael Barkacs, Cleveland Public Library; Elizabeth Piazza, Rocky River Public Library; Therese Bradshaw, Perry Public Library; and Chris Gumal, Geauga West Branch.   Register today, learn new skills, build your resume and join others in providing the best possible service to your library communities! Thanks and have a safe and healthy week!
