NEO-RLS Announcements

NEO-RLS Awards:
Do you deserve an award?  Do you know someone who does?  Along with the Rising Star Award which honors a library employee with no more than five years’ experience, we now have the Shooting Star Award to honor library employees who have been working in the field with more than 10 years’ of experience and the Advocacy Award for those who have supported the libraries of our region through their advocacy.  The first two award recipients will be selected by the State Librarian and presented at the annual NEO-RLS Membership Meeting.  The Advocacy Award recipient(s) will be selected by the NEO-RLS Awards Committee and presented at the Membership Meeting.  If you know someone who has had a positive impact on your library and community, please consider nominating them!  The deadline for all three awards is June 30, 2021 and all of the information you need is on our website under Awards.  Honor the stars and advocates in our region by nominating someone today!
