New Payment Options Added for Annual Membership Dues
It’s that time of year again and invoices for NEO-RLS Membership dues have been emailed. We are offering three payment options this year in an effort to assist libraries during this economic downturn. You may pay your dues in July with one payment. Or, you may make two payments (July 2020 and January 2021) or quarterly payments (July 2020, October 2020, January 2021 and April 2021). Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to pay using our two payment or our four payment option and we will issue you a new invoice.

2021 Summer Reading: It is hard to believe that we need to think this far ahead. NEO-RLS is looking for people to serve on a summer reading committee for Children's, Teen and Adult. Email Melissa Lattanzi by August 3rd if you are interested.

Share Your Emerging Technology Project

Have a great technology program, project, service or event that you have implemented at your library and would like to feature? Share it through a virtual poster session as part of the 2020 Emerging Technology Symposium in September! Throughout the month of September, we will be highlighting projects and programs that use technology to bring innovative services to our communities and libraries.

These sessions can be as short as 15-minutes or as long as one hour. Library staff are always eager to learn about how others have used technology in a new and creative way, making this is a great way to highlight your ideas. With many libraries going virtual due to COVID-19, staff stepped up and developed innovative programs to continue the delivery of excellent services. Share your challenges, successes, advice and more through your own virtual poster session.

Poster sessions will be done via Zoom. You don't need any additional equipment, just your phone. We have an audio/video kit available through the LSTA Open Grant from the State Library of Ohio if you don’t have equipment to showcase your poster session.
